Cancellation & No show policy:
- Cancellation or early check out should be informed to the hotel by fax 14 days in low season and high season before date of arrival and 21 days in peak season before date of arrival. Otherwise full amount will be applied.
- No refunds will be given for checking out early.
- Incase of No-Show full charge will be applied.

Payment :
-- Prepayment shall be made 14 days before guest arrival in low season and high season and 21 days before guest arrival in peak season by

1. Transferring money through account No. 280-067497-6 [saving account] of Thepparat Travel, Bangkok Bank, Krabi Branch
2. Making your payment via credit card with subject credit card [VISA, MASTER CARD) and 5% extra charges will be applied for bank fee.

Remark:
1. Pay-in slip should be faxed to the hotel, in case of cash payment.
2. Reservation will be automatically cancelled if your payment is failure.
3. Free of charge for deposit box.
